Billie Evelyn Grammer's Obituary
Billie was born on September 21, 1918 in Mildred, Texas and passed away on December 2, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Billie loved her family, especially at mealtime when all were together with our feet under one table. Gaston Avenue Baptist Church, later Gaston Oaks was very special to her. She was an active member for over 50 years. She taught 3 year old Sunday School. Later she was a teacher at Lake Highlands Kindergarten of 4 year old. Sports was a big interest also. The Mavericks and Cowboys were cheered every season. Billie will be missed by family and friends. The family is very greatful to the special people at Lexington Place for the loving care given to her. Preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Grammer; parents, William Cecil Clements and Florence Clements; six sisters and two brothers. Billie is survived by daughters, Genelle Williams and Billie Katherine Stovall and her husband, Mike; grandchildren, Scott Cauthen and wife, Shannon, Caroline Hendrickson and husband, Thom, Steve Stovall and wife, Amy, Robin Wells and husband, Kerry, David Stovall and four great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be held on December 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Gaston Oaks Baptist Church. 8515 Greenville Ave Suite S205, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to charity of your choice.
