I loved Billie. She and I used to greet at the front door of Northway Baptist Church. My husband, Alan, when he was alive, loved to tease Billie and she loved it! When she moved to the assisted living she and my Aunt Billie became good friends. When I would go visit on Fridays mornings, Billie always had a big smile when I saw her. She is greatly missed by Aunt Billie and the staff there as well as me. Will see her again! I know she is smiling now as well!!
Billie and I became “instant” friends at Northway Church before it became The Village Church Northway. She and I loved to stand together and greet on Sunday mornings. She was so welcoming to everyone she met.
I loved her food when we had our pot luck meals. She was so quick with her wit and I dearly loved this woman. She made a huge impact on my life. See you in Heaven, Billie.
