Billie Jean Harper's Obituary
Billie Jean Harper, age 58, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016. Billie was born March 29, 1958 to Bill and LaVerne Davis in Houston, Texas. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt and great aunt. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include two sons, Clinton Tabor and Justin Harper; brothers, Allen Davis and Bill Davis; and sister, Donna Cartwright, as well as nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Restland’s Abbey Chapel on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 12 PM with a inurnment to follow at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
