LIVINGSTON, BILLIE MARGARET COOK born October 21, 1921 in Dallas, TX and passed away June 29, 2013 in Dallas, TX. She is survived by her sons, David Livingston and wife, Mona and Ron Livingston and wife, Cyndi; grandchildren: Robert Livingston, Debbi Livingston, Cris Livingston, Andrew Livingston and Nick Livingston and 11 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday, July 1, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Restland Abbey Chapel.
