Billie Francis Fraze Moss' Obituary
Billie Francis Fraze Moss was born September 1, 1924 to Jack Fraze & Ressie (Bolen) Fraze in Collin County, Texas. She passed from this life Wednesday, August 23, 2023 to her eternal home in Heaven. She was married to Jesse Worth Moss Jr. in 1947. They had one child, Michael James Moss, born in 1950. They lived in Richardson, Texas many years before building a new home outside of Blue Ridge, Texas where they lived until Jesse’ passing in 1995. In addition to one son, Michael J. (Mike) & his wife Kathleen (Kathy) Moss, she had one grandson, Andrew (Andy) Moss & his wife Misty and three great grandchildren, Ayson, Payton & Haydon Moss that she loved very much. She was blessed with many brothers & sisters, brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and long time friends throughout her life.
Funeral service will be in Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas on Tuesday, August 29th at 2pm with visitation at 1pm. There will be no graveside service due to the excessive heat.
