PARKS, BILLIE JOYCE, Born on December 9, 1931 in Dallas, TX and passed away on February 22, 2008 in Plano, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ray Parks and son, Russell Keith Parks. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Thorson and husband Brad; 2 grandchildren, Erica and Cara Thorson. Family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 24, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, February 25, 2008 at Restland Wildwood Chapel with interment following at Restland Memorial Park.
