Ms MacCaffree was inspirational and beloved. She taught me at LHHS a great many things, including the pleasures of critical thought in the world if ideas. She was a superb teacher and a model for me. Her life was a gift to us all.
Sue was a great individual, excellent educator and a gifted educator. Education lost a wonderful person.
We are so grateful that Sue Passmore taught our children. The parents, we knew just prayed that their students would have Mrs. Passmore as their teacher. She was a master in her profession and an exemplary example for her students to follow.
Thank you Sue Passmore, for all the students you have helped find their way during their confusing adolescent period of growing up. We will miss you.

Many condolences. Mrs. Passmore was my teacher at LHHS, and she was so kind to me when I was very sick and missed a lot of school. I'm a teacher now, 30 years later, and I have tried to pay her kindness forward with my own students. I have never forgotten her. I wish I had told her the impact she has had on me and now my own students.
