Billie Jean Phillips was born on January 21, 1936 in El Dorado, AR and passed away on May 27, 2016 in Greenville, TX. Preceded in death by Ray Ralph Phillips, husband of 51 years; parents, Jack and Dollie Burns; one son, Anthony Ray Phillips. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Max Jacoby of Greenville, TX; granddaughter and husband, Misty and Eddie Loya of Boyd, TX; granddaughter and husband, Melany and Aaron Greer of Waxahachie, TX; great-grandchildren; Anthony Jacoby, Alexis Loya, Mycalia Loya, and Gabrielle Loya; 3 great-great grandchildren; McKenna Bentley Owen, Eddie Elijah Loya, Audreyonnah Renae Jacoby, and a very special love Henry Tatum. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and wonderful friend. Family will receive friends on Monday, May 30, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 3 PM at The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
