DALLAS, TEXAS – Billie Margaret Phillips was born August 10, 1924 to Shelton Jack Crowley and Margaret A. Grasty in Dallas, Texas. She passed away on December 8, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. Billie is preceded in death by Norman, her husband of 45 years; sister, Oldine Saylor and husband Jim; brother, Jackie Crowley; parents, Jack and Margaret Crowley; her older brother who died at the age of 2, before Billie was born. She is survived by her three children, Mark and wife Beverly, Lynn and husband Charles, and Ann; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Randy and wife Myrna, Jennifer and husband Josh and their daughter Hunter; Seth; Christy and her daughter Elizabeth; Renee and husband Eric and sons Christopher and Justin; Denise, who lives in Arizona, and her sons Ryan, Tyler, and Austin; Amber and husband Randy and their son Dylan; Alicia and husband J.R. and their daughter Makayla and son Kessler. Billie was so happy to have the opportunity to meet her first born grandson Brent and his wife Chique and their daughter Ellen and son Adam; she is also survived by 3 great great grandchildren.There will be a graveside service on Thursday, December 14, 2017 beginning at 1:00PM at Restland Cemetery.
