RAMSEY, BILLIE FRANCES Born on August 28, 1923 in Dallas, TX to William and Mabel Menefee. Passed away on July 1, 2008 in Dallas, TX. Preceded in death by husband, Robert E. Ramsey. Survived by daughter, Fran Lauderdale; son, Robert E. Ramsey, Jr. and wife Cathy; grandchildren, Roger Edwin Lauderdale, Julia Lucille Patterson and husband Luke, Kenneth Grant Ramsey, Brittany Lynn Ramsey, Robert Jesse Ramsey; and great grandchildren, Jordan Elizabeth Lauderdale and Maykala Patterson. Visitation will be from 5:00-6:00 PM, Friday, July 4, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 12:30 PM, Saturday, July 5, 2008 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
