She was born on Friday, August 6, 1926, to her loving and thoughtful parents, George Samuel Houston and Nettie Mae Rainey Houston in Wylie, Texas. Ms. Billie Lorraine Scott will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.She married Sloan Scott on 11/25/1942 in Dallas, TX. She was a wife, homemaker for 50 years. She was a member of Senior Center of Garland.She is survived by daughters Linda Bunch, Garland, TX, Darla Patton, Frisco, TX, sons Jimmy Scott, Garland, TX, Johnny Scott, McKinney, TX, Sam Scott, Cedar City, Utah, Tony Scott, Napa, California, Nick Scott, Carrollton, TX, Greg Scott, Frisco, TX, sister Mary Lou Cox-Stahl, 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by siblings Dorothy Runge, Thena Parr, Ralph Houston, Fay Headen & Gladis Janette Hodett and numerous nieces & nephews.Graveside service for Ms. Billie Lorraine Scott will be held Friday, June 28, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Restland Funeral Home which is located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243.Funeral arrangements for Ms. Billie Lorraine Scott have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Ave., at the intersection of Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972) 238-7111.
