Billie J. Starkey's Obituary
Born on November 4, 1934, in Carmona, Texas and passed away on May 26, 2017, in Garland, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother and father William and Minnie Ethel Starkey; brother, Charles Jackson, Carl Eugene and James Lamar Starkey. He is survived by his loving wife, daughter, and son; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive Tuesday, May 30, 2017, from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Restland Funeral Home. The Service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at 11:00 AM at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home followed by a Burial at Parker Cemetery in Grapeland, Texas.
