Billy leaves his loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. He will be sincerely missed by his loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him
Visitation for Billy Ray Austin will be Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A private Memorial Service will be held for family only at a later date.
