Lit a candle in memory of Billy Joe Baxter
Dad miss u more everyday. You were my hero in life and the dignity of ur death. I loved u more than u will ever know
My dad was the best at everything. When he did something he went all the way. He was looked upon by fellow Officers. And admired by every person he was in contact with
You will always be missed uncle Joe.

Mr B, you were sucha bright spot of the day for anyone who knew you or lived on our street. The Smile and wave you gave everyday was such a treat as you had a way of making anyone smile no matter how bad the day was. You were always there to share your wisdom, knowledge, and advice. You were never afraid to step up and help out when someone needed help. Trash In the Face will miss all her popsciles! ?? You have taught and expanded this young man alot about being a man, being a neighbor, being a person, a son, and so on. for that I thank you. There is no doubt the lives you touched have been enriched more than you know. We will miss you sir, and as you have always told me, I will try and doing something everyday! RIP Mr B, THANK YOU for everthing and thank you for being there for my family. I cant thank you enough! James

Mr. B became a source of inspiration and friendship over the 10 years we knew him. He always had a positive approach on life, he would say never give up, keep doing something even if its just raking the yard. He was a true patriot, public servant, father, grandfather, greatgrandpa and friend. He will be missed. Our sincere condolences to his family. Mike and Betty Coffman
