BROWN, BILLY CHARLES born on January 5, 1930 in Kanawha, TX and passed away January 25, 2012 in Dallas, TX. He is survived by his son, Rick and 3 grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00PM – 8:00PM, Friday, February 3, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 3:00PM at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Interment will follow at a later date at DFW National Cemetery.
