Billy Brownfield's Obituary
BROWNFIELD, BILLY GENE Born April 28, 1923 in Fairlie, Texas. Crossed the bridge from earth March 7, 2007 in Dallas, Texas. An Army Veteran, Master Mason, and graduate of SMU, Bill was retired after 40 years from the Texas Department of Transportation, where he was one of the original designers of Central Expressway. He is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Genevieve; his adoring daughter, Judy Redd; his brother, Orville; two grandsons, Ian Moore and Clint Redd; and many more nieces and nephews. The family gratefully acknowledges the members of First Baptist Church of Garland for their prayers and loving support. Visitation will be held in Wildwood Chapel 30 minutes prior to Service. Service will be in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland 3:30 PM Saturday, March 10, 2007.
