Billy Ray Buffington's Obituary
Billy Ray Buffington of Dallas, TX died in his home on December 7, 2015 on what would have been the 52nd anniversary of his marriage to Gae Linden Buffington. He attended Texas A&M University, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He served his Country in war times, and in the private sector during his long and esteemed career before his retirement. He is survived by his daughter Heather and son-in-law Stuart Hoffmann, his son Brian and daughter-in-law DeAnna Buffington, his seven grandchildren Sam, Rhett, Emily, Justin, Jenna, Lindy and Ethan. His sister Pam Stewart, his niece Sheri, nephews Jason and Jeremey and their families. He is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, parents, and wife Gae. Those who knew him best will remember him for his kind heart, generosity and sense of humor. Family will receive friends on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 at 11:00 AM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
