Billy Joe Fletcher's Obituary
died November 26, 2008 at the age of 80. Bill is survived by his beautiful bride of 61 years, Mildred and their three children and their spouses: Gwen and Vaughn Martin, Tami and David Finkenbiner, and Britt and Pam Fletcher. He is also survived by his brother Doug and Ruth Ann Fletcher and their family in Kansas and his sister Clover and Bill Kimberling and their family in Texas and Oklahoma. Survivors also include Mildred’s 3 sisters, her brother, and their families. Bill is further survived by his five grandchildren: Angela Guyer and Kim Williams, Jonathan and Julie Finkenbiner, Stacy and Daniel Vincent, Jenny and Nathan Colwell, and Jordan Finkenbiner. The light of Bill’s life was his twin great-granddaughters Haven and Hanna Guyer. Bill was a longtime member of Central Church of the Nazarene in Dallas. Bill retired from National Life and Accident Insurance Company. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home 3:00-5:00 P.M. Service will be held at Restland Memorial Chapel on Monday, December 1, 2008 at 12:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
