HILBURN, BILLY born March 6, 1925 in Dallas, Texas and passed April 13, 2011 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma. Preceded in death by wife, Loyce Marie Capps Hilburn; mother, Mary Odessa Hilburn; brother, Ernest Glen Hilburn; sister, Pauline Hilburn; and grandparents, Molly B. Holt and Louis William Hilburn. Billy is survived by children, Sidney L. “Sid” Hilburn, Elizabeth Plata, Terry Peck; 7 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. Graveside service will be held at 10:00AM, Monday, April 18, 2011 at Restland Memorial Park in the section of Devotion.
