HUGHES, BILLY RAY born September 1, 1928 in Mount Vernon, TX has passed away on May 1, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Ellene Hughes; sons, Phil Hughes and Richard Hughes; brother, Don Hughes; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 10:00 AM in Restland Wildwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers and memorials donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association Greater Dallas Chapter at 4144 N. Central Expressway, Suite 750, Dallas, Texas 75204.
