Billy Fred Little's Obituary
LITTLE, BILLY FRED passed away on November 10, 2012 in his hometown of Dallas, Texas. He was born on February 18, 1928. He cherished spending time with his family, working at his ranch, singing in the church choir, serving as a church deacon and he was an avid reader. He was an active Master Mason for over 60 years. In Jan. 2004, he was presented the Golden Trowel Award by Dallas Masonic Lodge #760, which is the highest honor bestowed. He was knighted into Dallas Commandery #6 in 1959, served as commander in 1968 and received the Excalibur Award in 1999. He was an entrepreneur, partner of Major Supply Incorporated until he retired in 1986. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Tommye Boydston Little, his two daughters, Linda Kay Coffey and Kerrie Ann Johnson, and their husbands Keith Coffey and David Johnson. He is survived by his sister, Judy Enochs. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. The service will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church, 9810 La Prada Drive, Dallas, Texas 75228. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Burial will be at Restland, Greenville Ave., following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (2222 Welborn St., Dallas, 75219) in memory of Billy Fred Little. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
