I did not know your son personally but i talked with him on the phone and he appeared to me to be such a happy and friendly person.just know that for whatever reason whom ever took his life God will take care of them and you have to know that in your heart.Again I am so sorry for your lost.

I'm Billy's sister and of course know him all my life. He's lived such a rough life and for it to end in murder is a horrible thing. Please pray they put this guy away for that killed him.
