Riggs, Billy Joe was born on July 18, 1940 in Denton, Texas and passed away on January 11, 2014 in Ben Wheeler, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother, Faye King Riggs; father, J. Moody Riggs and step-daughter, Sandra Estes. Billy is survived by his wife of 32 years, Annette Riggs; step-sons, Mark Estes, Clay Hall and wife, Lorrie; daughter, Dani Riggs; brother, John Riggs; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several sisters and brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was a retired Trucker, devout Baptist and beloved husband. Services will be at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Restland Wildwood Chapel, with visitation one hour prior.
