Billy Ray Robinson's Obituary
Robinson, Bill R. 87, of Quinlan passed away February 7, 2014, at Medical Center of Plano from brain trauma. Bill was born in Hollis, Oklahoma on September 16, 1926, to Willie and Roy Robinson. He served in the U.S. Navy at the end of World War II. Bill retired as a production plant manager in Irving. He is survived by his wife, Nell of Quinlan; daughter, Ronda Robinson of Pilot Point; son, Tim Greer and wife, Debra of Kilgore; two granddaughters, Michelle Greer of Kingswood and Erica Stavinoha and husband, Greg of Longview; three adopted grandchildren from Alabama; brother, Bob Robinson of Dallas and sister, Ina Phares of Lubbock. He was preceded in death by sister, Inez Corley, brother, Durwood Robinson and son, Rick Greer. Service will be held at Restland of Dallas at 12:30 p.m. Thursday. Interment will be at Restland.
