Billy Joe Saulters' Obituary
Born July 12, 1932 in Crawford, TX and passed away February 13, 2012 in Garland, TX. Billy is preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Saulters and daughter, Connie Range. He is survived by three sons, Williams Saulters, Reggie Saulters and wife, Sue, and Roy Saulters; and close friend, Bea Lutrell. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
