Shepard, Jr., Billy Passed away on May 18th in Garland, TX. Billy was born in Dallas on October 27, 1980. He is survived by his parents, Billy and Vicki Shepard; his children, Matthew and Cavin Shepard; grandparents, Bobbie Cummings and Evelyn Whitten; sister and brother-in-law, Stacy and Heath May; and a host of other relatives and friends. Billy loved his children and was a wonderful father. Visitation: 6 to 8pm on Tuesday, May 22nd at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral: 12:30pm on Wednesday, May 23rd at Restland Memorial Chapel.
