Mom (Ruby Nell) called to tell me that Bill had passed away and I am so sorry to hear the news. I have met Bill on several family occasions and always enjoyed his presence. He was always such a pleasant person to be around. I know he will be greatly missed, but I know that many people have been blessed just to have known him. He always impressed me as being the kind of person that you can truly say that the world is a little bit better place because of Bill Swango.
