He was born on Thursday August 10, 1944, to his loving and thoughtful parents, James Otto Thomas SR and Tiny Ruth Newbill in Ft Worth, Texas. Mr. Billy Thoma will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him. A funeral service for Mr. Billy Thomas will be held on Wednesday June 27, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Care Church located at 1504 E Campbell Rd, Richardson, TX 75081.
