TYLER, BILLY LEE, Born on January 13, 1954 in Paris, TN and passed away on October 31, 2007 in Rowlett, TX. He is preceded in death by parents, Charlie B. Tyler and Rosa Mae Tyler, and by grandson, Derrick Joseph Tyler. He is survived by his wife, Beverly; sons, Steven Jerome Tharpe, Derrick Lee Tyler, and Brandon Christopher Tyler; daughters, Yolanda Ann Tyler and Tiana Wells; stepchildren, Charles Ferguson, Jr. and Eunique Jones; grandchildren, Anita R. Pelkey-Tyler, Christopher Rowlette, Cameron Rowlette, Braylen Christopher Tyler, Brianna Tharpe, and Sierra Tharpe; brothers and sisters, George Tyler (Jeannie), Mary Ann Gentry (Connie), Tony Tyler (Alisha), Tammy Lyle (Kenneth), and Dorothy Clark (Aaron); and father-in-law and best friend, S.W. Scruggs, Sr. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8PM Sunday, November 4, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be at 11AM Monday, November 5, 2007 at “The Mount” Hebron Baptist Church, 1233 Highway 66, Garland, TX.
