Billy An Vu, 81, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2019, in Arlington, Texas. He was born on Wednesday, January 12, 1938, to his loving and thoughtful parents, Dinh Giap Vu and Thi Thom Vu in Vietnam. Billy will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
