Mr. Billy Waters, 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 9, 2019, in Irving, Texas. He was born on Saturday, December 19, 1931, to his loving and thoughtful parents, Jesse Lee Waters Sr. and Viola Leola Ledford in Hopkins County, Texas. Mr. Billy Waters will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.Visitation Mr. Billy Waters will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2019, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
