Billy Gene Williams, 69, passed Tuesday, April 12, 2016, 11:40 am in his home, in Carrollton, TX. peacefully with his wife Frances by his side, after a long illness. Billy is survived by wife: Frances Williams; brothers: Ricky Williams and wife Becky of Frost, TX. and Danny Howard Williams of Dallas, TX.; sister: Sandy Reynolds and husband Butch Reynolds of Rockport, TX.; stepdaughter: Melinda Jantzen and husband Seth of Aledo, TX. ; grandchildren: Sydney Jantzen and Ayden Jantzen. Numerous nephews, nieces, other cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Pauline Williams. Services for Billy will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home in the Abbey Chapel located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX, 75243. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 11:00 am. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
