Kim, I was in sorority (Epsilon Sigma Alpha) many years with Blanche. She was such a special friend. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I talked with her a few years ago, and she said that she was having problems with arthiritis. At that time she was still living down on Broken Bow. I know you will miss her so much. I lost my Mother some time ago, so I can relate. God bless Betsy Lofman
One thing you can say about Mrs. Sonneborn is that she took that old song My Way to heart. She was an individual that knew what she wanted. I would loved to have known her when she worked at Neimans all those years. I bet she kept them on their toes. She will be missed at Brookhaven.
Mrs. Sonneborn became more of a family member than resident. We loved her for who she was and her fight to keep her independence. God Bless you!
