Wiggins, Bob was born on May 27, 1920 in Dallas, TX and passed away on May 24, 2013 in Athens, TX. Bob was a Charter Member and Deacon for 25 years at Royalhaven Baptist Church in Dallas. He was Co-owner and President of Texas Texture for 50 years before he retired to East Texas. Bob is survived by his wife, Lucille R. Wiggins of Palestine, TX; son, John C. Wiggins (Nancy) of Athens, TX; daughters, Gail Huckabay (Charles) of Irving, TX; Joan Watson (Eddie) of Hudson, FL; Gloria Edwards of Missouri City, TX; and Caren Essary of Graham, TX; 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by Audrey Wiggins; son, Steve Wiggins; brother, Bill Wiggins; sisters Sue Standford and Betty Wiggins; and son-in-law, James Essary. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 in Restland Memorial Chapel. Visitation one hour prior to service.
