Bobbie Jean Willis' Obituary
Bobbie Jean Willis, born in Denver, Colorado, on September 14, 1990, and passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 30, in Lawton Oklahoma.
The funniest thing about BJ is that she always tried to make people smile. She was a comedian, she thought she was a rapper, she always said “When I grow up I’m going to be a famous rapper”. She also made a song called “Beanie Weenie”. Her brother Bobby and her would play like if they was dogs, she was always the Pitbull and her brother Bobbie was the Chihuahua. I used call them skinny and Minnie. She loved doing hair she did that very well she was a beautician in her own way.
You could not tell her she was a dancer. I remember when she was in school kids used to say she used to eat fast and run fast. There is one thing I know for certain; she was a beautiful mother to her children, she always had a light shining.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her grandmother, Margaret Biddix and sister, Tieshia Youngbergh
She is survived by her children, whom she loved dearly, La Brea Willis, Deasia Willis, James Jacobs III, Jaleonna Jacobs, and Janiya Jacobs; parents, Valerie Haith (mother), Anthony Lakes (father) and Bobbie Eugene Willis; siblings, Laquia Poole, Zundria Willis and Bobby Willis; Grandparents, Erma Louise Lakes and Pearlie Jean Rosebrough, a host of aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.
Pray with us as we honor her life in a private family ceremony.
