Bobby Glenn Anderson's Obituary
Bobby G. Anderson passed into the arms of Jehovah on April 26 in Dallas following a brief illness. He was born in Abilene, Texas, August 14, 1935, to Sidney and Lillian Anderson of Winters, Texas. He graduated high school in Winters where he was a member of the Blizzard Marching Band, Editor of the Glacier Yearbook, and a member of FFA raising, judging, and selling poultry. Bob received a degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University and was Treasurer of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Bob worked for U.S. Army Audit, followed by Texas Instruments in several of their divisions. He ended his working career at Telsco Industries in Garland, Texas, serving as Vice President-Finance.
He was married to Jeri Anne Hardin on April 23, 1966, in Irving, Texas. He is survived by Jeri and cousins Bob Williams of Connecticut, Sandra Spears of Abilene and her daughter Mary Susan Spears of Dallas.
To Bobby, a stranger was but a friend he had yet to meet. A cornerstone of his legacy is the joy he both received and gave by being genuinely interested and personally involved in the lives of his family and many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held when COVID restrictions are lifted.
