Bobby "Raccoon Bob" Helton's Obituary
Bobby Helton, 62, passed away on June 30, 2025, at his home in Garland, Texas. A devoted husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, Bobby lived a life full of adventure, laughter, and love.
He had a deep appreciation for the great outdoors and could often be found casting a line at the lake, patiently waiting for the perfect catch, or sitting in a deer stand watching the sunrise, ready to take his shot. A true outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing, and even took on the daring challenge of wrangling snakes.
But more than anything, he loved his family. His children were his greatest pride and joy, and he made sure they knew how deeply they were loved every single day.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 28 years, Angela Helton; his two children, William Blake Helton, and Jennifer Celeste Helton; his sister, Celeste Houser; his niece, Edye Cuevas and his bonus daughter, Eliza Mendoza.
