Born March 2, 1939 in Lafayette, LA and passed away April 15, 2009 in Royse City, TX. Bobby Joseph Schexnayder was a native of Louisiana but has resided in Texas for 37 years, a faithful Christian and devoted, caring husband, father and grandfather who had a lifelong passion for hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alida in 2000, son, Gerard in 1976, son, Chippy in 1999 and son, Cho in 2007. Survivors: Wife, Barbara Schexnayder, Son, Bob Schexnayder (Lorie), Daughter, Glenda Zaborac (Scott), Grandchildren, Corey, Ashton, Brinley, Brothers, Junior, Clifford, Herman, Mike, Sister, Burnella, Father, Wilson and four half brothers. A service will be held 3:30 PM, Saturday, April 18, 2009 in Bobby’s honor in Restland’s Memorial Chapel, with interment to follow in Restland Memorial Park, Court of Good Shepherd.
