SEBASTIAN, BOBBY JOE of Garland, Texas born September 5, 1935 has passed away March 31, 2013. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 10:30 AM at Restland Memorial Park.
