Bonnie Vaudine Baird's Obituary
BAIRD, BONNIE VAUDINE Born Jan 3, 1930 in Gilmer, TX and passed away Feb. 4, 2014 in Mesquite, TX. Bonnie graduated from Union Grove High School in 1947, moved to Dallas, starting work at Sears at the South Lamar Street location. During her years at Sears, she sometime worked 2 or even 3 other jobs. After 43 years at Sears, Bonnie retired to enjoy the fruits of her work. Bonnie was a most delightful, friendly and helpful person. During her life, she helped many family members and other people in various ways many times, never expecting anything in return. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Preceded in death by parents, J.D. and Victoria Baird; and sister, Nelda Coyle. Survived by sisters, Shirley Wilson of Birmingham, AL, Patricia Hackett of Tyler, TX; niece, Mona Enstrom of Jackson, MS; nephews, Jerry Coyle of Paris, TX, David Coyle of Dallas, TX, Michael Wilson of Birmingham, AL, Scott Hackett of Lindale, TX, Randy Hackett of College Station, TX, and dozens of extended family members. Family will receive friends on Fri., Feb. 7, 2013 from 6 – 8 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Sat., Feb.8, 2013 at 10 AM at Restland Wildwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Select, Benevolence Fund, 12068 Forestgate Dr., Dallas, TX 75243.
