Brad Averitt's Obituary
Averitt, Brad born November 19, 1960 in Abilene, Texas and passed away July 24, 2016 in Plano, Texas. Preceded in death by mom, Patricia Averitt and dad, Gene Raymond Averitt. Survived by his wife, Judy Averitt; step-daughter, Melissa and husband George Thompson,and step-son, Clayton Mock; granddaughter, Emma Thompson; his brother, Gregg Averitt; sister, Lisa Tatum and David; nephews, Michael, Drew, David, Wes, Matt; Sandy McDearman and Mary Lou Averitt, and the rest of the family and friends. He was the life of the party, loved his family and friends, and would do anything for anyone. He was the best cook his mac and cheese was the best. He never met a stranger. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Plano Animal Services and Collin County Animal Shelter. Service will be held on July 28, 2016 at 9:30 AM in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
