Brad Franklin Berkvam was Born October 30, 1952 in Fargo, ND to Delores (Dickson)and Rolland Berkvam and passed away April 1, 2015 in VA Medical Center, Dallas, TX. surrounded by his wife and family. Preceded in death by grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and brother-in-law, Daniel Parker. Survived by adoring wife, Elizabeth (Adams); sons, Scott, Sean, Shane; daughter, Shara and fiancé, Kevin Hiss; parents, Delores and Ron Berkvam; sisters, Roxanne Parker, Dawn Bardsley and husband, Craig and family; in-laws, Ellen and Wyllie Brown and family, David and Janet Adams and family and James Adams all in Scotland, numerous family and friends. Brad grew up in various Cities in ND and Independence MO before moving to Texas. He was an Eagle Scout, U.S. Army Veteran and “Mr. FixIt” in everything. He will be deeply and sorely missed. Thanks to Doctors and staff at Dallas VA medical center. So go run free with the Angels, dance around The Golden Clouds for the Lord has chosen you to be with him and we should feel nothing but proud. Although he has taken you from us and our pain a Lifetime will last your memory will never escape us but make us glad for the time we did have your face will always be hidden deep inside our hearts each precious moment you gave us shall never, ever depart so go and run free with the Angels as they sing so tenderly and please be sure to tell them to take good care of you for me. Brad was cremated and his cremains will be Inurned at 2:30 PM on Friday, April 17, 2015 at DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211.
