Brandon Thomas Maroney was born on February 3, 1989, in Rockwall, TX. Brandon was 34 years old. Brandon was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Thomas (Toby) and Doris Crowell and his paternal grandfather, C.H. Maroney.
Brandon is survived by his mother, Leona Crowell Maroney of Dallas, TX, his father and stepmother, Jeff and Karyn Maroney of Rockwall TX, his sisters, Amanda Schnorrbusch and brother-in-law, Mark of Forney, TX, Katy Maroney of Rockwall, TX, his nephew, Devin Reeves of Forney, TX and his niece, Addison Reeves of Forney, TX.
Brandon was a very kindhearted and generous person. He had a wonderful sense of humor, and his presence could brighten any room. Brandon had a special affinity for animals of all kinds. As a teenager, he placed and showed cows at the Texas State Fair, Houston Livestock Show, and various county shows.
Brandon graduated from Forney High School in 2007 and attended Tarleton State University. Brandon served his country in the U.S. Army for six years in Air Defense Artillery as Patriot Launching Station Enhanced Operator. He was deployed to Kuwait and stationed in Germany for two years.
At the time of his passing, Brandon was a manager in the Safety and Environmental industry.
God blessed our family by giving Brandon to us even for such a short time. We are blessed to know; he is now in his Savior’s presence.
