Ms. Brenda Jean Anthony, 73 of Dallas, Texas, passed from this life on October 1, 2024, in Dallas. She was born on April 22, 1951, in Dallas. She is survived by her beloved son, Jamone and his wife Shaquona; grandsons, Julian Coleman (Serenity), Jacquez Elliott, JaKobe Anthony, JaCorey Anthony and Jaliel Anthony; great-granddaughters, Harmani and Journi; brothers, Pompey McGee, Judge McGee, and Tracy McGee; sisters, Shirley Anthony, Irene McGee, and Janet Maxey. A host of other relatives and numerous friends from all around also survive her.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Muriel White and father, Alton Anthony.
Ms. Anthony absolutely loved to do anything involving her church family. Whether it was volunteering in the church, cooking, or just being a smiling face in a crowd of people. She was also very involved in the Hamilton Park Community, many of those whom will miss her dearly.
A funeral service for Ms. Brenda Jean Anthony, 73 of Mesquite, will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Memorial Chapel of Restland Funeral Home. A time of visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 prior to the funeral service. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home after the funeral service.
