Brenda Hunt Goolsby's Obituary
GOOLSBY, BRENDA HUNT Born, December 31, 1944 in Dallas, Texas and passed away unexpectedly April 15, 2012 at home due to complications from a prolonged illness. Preceded in death by her parents RW and Melba Hunt. Survived by husband, Wynn Goolsby; daughter, Kimberly Loveday and husband Curtis and grandchildren, Brooke and Brandon; son, Tim Dollar and wife Adriana and grandchildren Luis and Veronica; sister, Deborah Bergman and husband Chris; and nephew, Hunt. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her. She graduated from Cooper High School in 1963 and attended Texas A&M University at Commerce. She was a lifelong legal secretary in Dallas and Fort Worth working for some of Dallas’s most prestigious law firms. She was a “Prayer Warrior”, an avid reader, enjoyed crossword puzzles, and adored her dogs. No memorial services are planned. A Celebration of Life will be held with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite animal shelter, American Heart Association, or Breast Cancer Foundation.
