Brenda Sue (Jones) Stevens' Obituary
Brenda Sue Stevens (nee Jones),79, of Plano, Texas, passed away on April 27, 2024. She was born on December 1, 1944, in San Angelo, Texas.
Brenda was a sweet and lovable lady who lost her life after battling a long-term illness. She is survived by her husband, John Nelson Stevens; her son, Dale Stevens; her nephew, Paul Jay Sexton; her niece, Joan Click and husband, John; her nephew, Michael Sexton and wife Amy; grandchildren, Jessica, Trey, and Brian, as well as other nieces and nephews, Amber, Cody, and Dalton. She also leaves behind many friends.
Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Pinkie and Estelle Jones; her sister, Jimmie Jean Sexton; and her son, John Nelson Stevens Jr.
Brenda was a very strong Christian who worshipped at Warehouse Church. She enjoyed spending time at her place of worship and found solace in her faith.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 2, at 10:00 a.m. at Restland Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243. The service will be officiated by Pastor Ed Trinkle.
