Brent Christopher Castle, age 42, passed away on January 14, 2026.
Brent was an avid and loyal Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed spending time with his dogs, working out, decking out his jeep, seeking God’s truth, and he lived for mentoring his fellow colleagues in the restaurant industry.
Brent was known for his infectious laugh and vivacious personality. He touched the lives of many and will always be remembered for his kind heart and generous spirit.
Brent was survived by numerous family members and countless friends who loved him very much.
