Bret Bradley White, 63 of Haslet, Texas departed this earth to join our Heavenly Father on December 14, 2024. Born December 28, 1960 in Des Moines, Iowa to Monte B. & Sheril M. White. He is survived by his wife, Katrina White, children, Savannah & Blake Jones, grandchildren, Branson, Brooklyn and Bryson Barton., mother, Sheril M. White, sister, Kathryn W. Russell and husband Gary, niece, Sheril M. Russell.
Preceded in death by his father, Monte B. White, and most recently his daughter, Brittney Sue White-Barton.
Bret was a proud graduate of Texas A&M in 1983, with a Bachelor's degree in business management; he was also a member of The Corps of Cadets. Upon graduation he entered the United States Air Force as a Second Lieutenant receiving an honorable discharge upon his completion of service. After leaving the Air Force he went to work for Chrysler Corporation/Mercedes Benz where he spent a 38 year career receiving numerous promotions and acclamations during his dedicated tenure.
Bret had a love for the outdoors and spent as much time as possible at his cabin in the country. He was a lover of history and could speak factually about most historical events in time. He had a quirky sense of humor and the ability to make people laugh through actions or words. He was an Aggie in the truest sense of the word.
Bret was one of a kind and will be deeply missed, creating a void that will never be filled. He was immensely loved by his family and friends. He was taken from us too soon but, with trust in our Lord, His wisdom and plan we know we will be reunited one day. And, through that faith we can find the ability to cope with his loss.
There was a private graveside service for Bret held at Restland Funeral Home’s “Whispering Waters”. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his name to the American Cancer Society or Tunnel To Towers Foundation. Bret will remain in our hearts forever.
