Brian Lynn Davis' Obituary
DAVIS, BRIAN L., was born on January 9, 1977 to Tuyet N. and Robert L. Davis. He grew up in Dallas and attended ESD where he formed friendships that would endure throughout his lifetime. He received his undergraduate degree from American University and a graduate degree from Georgetown in political science. Despite his love for politics, Brian returned to Dallas in 2003 in order to spend more time with his family and friends. Upon his return, Brian devoted himself to running his family’s restaurant, East Wind, with his mother. Brian was a natural restaurateur as he had spent the majority of his childhood following his mother around the kitchen, acquiring a deep love and talent for cooking. When not spending time at the restaurant, Brian would seek out his father. He believed that every moment he spent with his dad was invaluable and cherished the time they had together. Not long after his return to Dallas, Brian met his soul mate and one true love, Heather Feinberg. From the moment he met Heather, Brian ‘had no doubt’ that she was the one that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. Heather and Brian were an inseparable pair who spent their time eating out, religiously following their favorite TV shows, and incessantly honing their pool volleyball skills. They were married on November 4, 2007 in a wedding that will be forever remembered by all who attended. While Brian died too young, he lived an incredibly rich life that was full of family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 24, 2008 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
