Brian Scott Jordan's Obituary
Brian Scott Jordan, 53, of Dallas, TX, passed away suddenly on April 1, 2017. Brian was born in Huntington, W. Virginia on December 2, 1963. As of last year, Brian worked as the General Manager for Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. His career also included Tootsies, Dillairds, Prada, Neiman Marcus, and Louis Boston among others. He was obsessed with UK basketball, loved traveling, and pampered his dogs, Jackson and Giselle. Brian was first class all the way. In fact, it’s the only way he traveled. He was the most giving, selfless person to ever live. Brian was always the center of attention because of his quick wit, unforgettable laugh, and high-spirited nature. No one provided more love, support, encouragement, and entertainment than Brian Jordan. Brian is survived by his partner of 13 years Abel Villalobos, his father Marvin (Judy) Jordan, his mother Delores (Dedo) Jordan, stepsister Kay (Travis) Welch, partner’s parents Abel Sr. & Donna Villalobos, brothers James (Tera Bohringer) Villalobos, Jason & Lori Villalobos, Curt Villalobos, Uncle Steve (Linda) Jordan, cousins Adam Jordan, Eve Jordan Handley, Mark Jordan, Debbie Pierce, Tina Cunningham-Adkins, aunt Carolynn Webb, the Carpenter family, many nieces and nephews, and countless friends. Brian is preceded in death by Betty J. Jordan (paternal grandmother), Cortland A. Jordan (paternal grandfather), Pauline E. Webb Morris (maternal grandmother), Harry Morris (step-maternal grandfather), Allen C. Jordan (uncle), and Mike Webb (uncle). The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
